PROPER DANCE ATTIRE
All of our teachers have reviewed with their classes proper dance attire. Starting in February those who are not dressed in proper class attire with appropriate hair will be asked to observe class instead of participate. We cannot provide proper feed back if we cannot see the alignment of our dancers. Please help us to run an upscale program by sending your child to class in the right attire.
BRING A FRIEND DAY in PRESCHOOL DANCE & TROUPEBy tradition we will be having our "bring a friend day" this month. The week of Feb 1-5th will be "bring a friend day." Due to our class sizes and how busy Company is only some classes will be able to participate.
Please pay close attention as to which classes this includes.
MONDAY: NO CLASSES
TUESDAY: AFTN Preschool combo, Troupe 2/3, ZUMBA!
WEDNESDAY: PM Preschool Combo
THURSDAY: Tumbling 1, Troupe 1, PM Preschool Combo, Troupe 4 and Teen Hip Hop
FRIDAY: NO CLASSES
BRING A FRIEND MONTH!!If you are currently enrolled in ZUMBA or HIP HOP bring a friend with you to class ALL month! We want to spread the word about our GREAT ZUMBA and Hip hop classes.. Tell everyone!!
OPEN ENROLLMENTOpen enrollment is going on NOW-March 1st. If your friend from "bring a friend day" enrolls in Studio 56 with her Dancer Gift Certificate you will get $10 off you tuition that month!!
BRING A TEDDY BEAR DAY-preschoolersTo celebrate Valentine’s Day we will be having Bring a Teddy Bear Day the week Feb 8-12th. So grab your snuggly friend and bring him to class. Moms please help us out this day by remembering Mr. Teddy Bear he is very important to the lesson plan.
VALENTINESWe will be celebrating Valentine’s Day in classes the week of Feb 8-12th. We will hand out a class # list the week before if you
would like to bring a small Valentine for your classmates.
UTAH XTREME CHEER IS MOVINGTumblers that attend class at UXC please note that they are moving to their new location at 8531 S 700 W Unit D Sandy UT. Our last class at the current location will be February 2nd, there will be NO class on February 5th due to the floor being moved.. Please note we will be having new class times to help with our back to back scheduling. These times are starting February 1st.
Teeny Tumbling- Monday’s 4:10-5:10pm
Mini Tumbling- Tuesday’s 4:10-5:10pm
Elite Tumbling- Friday’s 4:00-5:00pm
Express/Jr Tumbling- Friday’s 5:20-6:20pm
COSTUME DEPOSITS
We will be ordering our costumes for concert (June 16th) the first of March. A $30 deposit (PER CLASS ENROLLED, tumbling will perform at concert) towards these costumes will run with AUTO tuition on March 5th. If you are a CASH account the deposit will be due by the 1st. Costumes will be further mentioned in the March Newsletter. Company your payment is included in your payment plan.
COMPETITION-troupeJust a reminder, announced in the January News: Troupe teams will be competing at one Competition this year. Mark your calendars for April 24th @ Layton High School. You will be competing at the Xtreme Danzz Stage competition. We will be competing one of our concert pieces.. A $16 comp fee will be due March 16th for AUTO pay or the 10th for CASH accounts!!

SPRING BREAKJust a reminder we will be closed March 29-April 4TH for Spring Break!!
STUDIO PRIDE DAYWear you Studio 56 sweats or any Studio 56 attire to school on Monday, February 8th to show your Studio 56 PRIDE!!
PICTURE BOARDWe have had a ton of fun with the picture board in the waiting room. Just a reminder to bring in pics and post any fun dancing memory's you may have on the board to share with everyone. Make sure to put your name on the back so we can return it to you. I can't wait to see your photos!!
EXTRA PRACTICES-companyPlease check the calendar for extra practices on Saturday's this month. Everyone needs to be please be practicing at home!!
NO CLASS ON PRESIDENTS DAY-companyWe have decided to observe Presidents Day this year. There will be NO classes on February 15th!!
GYM PRACTICES-companyWe will be having gym practice on March 6th and 13th.. One of these dates will be a DR. Please plan ahead!!
BAG CHECK-companyOn FEB 24th for Elite and FEB 27th for Teeny’s, Mini’s, Jr’s, and Express we will be having a bag check.. This means that you
need to have all items for competition in your bag (except costumes). You will be receiving a check list of everything you need. Plan ahead and get your tight orders in TODAY!! Dancers need to all have a back up pair of tight in case you get a run and a back up pair of footundeez. You will receive a demerit for each missing item!!
COMPETITION GOOD LUCKS-companyHey PARENTS competition is coming upon us quickly.. We are going to have you help us with putting our good luck together again this year!! Please pick ONE of the two days, come to the studio, and bring YOU and a smile! We want to keep it a secret so NO dancers PLEASE!! Here are the days: Feb 26th or March 5th @ 7:15pm.
